Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if your trip is more than 7 days away, or cancel within 1 hour if your trip is 7 days away or less.

- Cancel 30 or fewer days before your trip begins: The nightly rental amount is not refundable.
- What's always refundable: Add-ons, delivery fees, prep fees, protection packages, and their associated taxes are always 100% refundable regardless of when you cancel.
- What's not refundable: Service fees and their associated taxes are not refundable.
Note: If you still owe some toward the nightly rental amount at the time of cancellation, you'll need to pay the remainder.
